Double Exposure blackjack is a blackjack variant which both dealer cards are exposed before player making any decision of drawing cards, doubling or standing.
This is a big advantage for players because you can see what the dealer is holding.
Why bother to draw cards on 14 when you see the dealer is on 16?
On the other way, you know that you have to draw another card even when you are on 18 while you can see the dealer is on 19.
While players have this advantage, the house has to adjust some rules for balancing the game:
Dealer wins on all ties, except on a natural blackjack
Player blackjack pays even money
